Dr. Anastasiya Ovechkin is an experienced osteopath with a special interest in women’s health, pelvic floor function, and obstetric care. Her clinical work combines structural, visceral, and craniosacral approaches, underpinned by a deep understanding of pelvic biomechanics across all life stages. She is qualified to perform internal pelvic floor treatment (per vagina), enabling a more comprehensive approach to assessing and addressing pelvic floor dysfunction.

 

She has extensive experience supporting women through complex presentations including chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, pelvic floor dysfunction, obstetric recovery, migraines with pelvic origins, and paediatric presentations. Dr. Anastasiya’s approach is both evidence-informed and trauma-aware, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and empowerment throughout assessment and treatment.

 

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Anastasiya

 

runs workshops and lectures for both health professionals and the wider community, sharing practical, integrative strategies for understanding and improving pelvic health.
