This module explores modern, evidence-informed strategies for managing athletic ankle sprains, with a special focus on facilitating safe and effective return to sport. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the anatomy, injury mechanics, and up-to-date intervention approaches relevant to lateral ankle sprains. Clinical decision-making around rehabilitation progression, risk mitigation, and criteria-based return to play will be emphasized.
