Course Overview

1. Comprehensive Chiropractic, Occupational & Manual Therapy assessment of elbow, wrist, and hand disorders.

 

2. Detailed biomechanical and kinetic chain analysis of the upper limb complex.

 

3. Regional Interdependence approach linking cervical spine, thoracic spine, shoulder, and distal upper limb.

 

4. Differential diagnosis of common musculoskeletal and peripheral nerve conditions.

 

5. Assessment and management of lateral & medial epicondylalgia (Tennis & Golfer’s Elbow).

 

6. Evaluation and conservative management of carpal tunnel syndrome and nerve entrapments.

 

7. Chiropractic evaluation including joint dysfunction analysis and segmental mobility assessment.

 

8. Chiropractic HVLA manipulation techniques for peripheral joints (where clinically indicated).

 

9. Advanced peripheral joint mobilization techniques for elbow, wrist, and hand.

 

10. Soft tissue therapy, myofascial release, and trigger point assessment strategies.

 

11. Neurodynamic assessment and nerve mobility treatment approaches.

 

12. Grip strength, pinch strength, dexterity, and functional hand performance testing.

 

13. Ergonomic evaluation and workplace modification strategies.

 

14. Splinting principles and supportive taping in occupational rehabilitation.

 

15. Corrective therapeutic exercise prescription and progressive loading strategies.

 

16. Clinical reasoning frameworks and case-based problem-solving sessions.

 

17. Red flag screening, contraindications, and referral decision-making guidelines.

 

18. Intensive hands-on practical training with expert supervision and international certification (6 credit hours).
