Indications for utilizing the techniques learned in this course include, but are not limited to:

Lateral epicondylalgia (Tennis Elbow)

Medial epicondylalgia (Golfer's Elbow)

Elbow joint stiffness and restricted range of motion

Olecranon bursitis

Ulnar nerve entrapment at the elbow

Post-fracture or post-surgical rehabilitation of the elbow

Elbow pain associated with repetitive strain injuries

However, certain conditions may present contraindications for some manual therapy techniques taught in this course. These may include:

Acute inflammatory conditions of the elbow joint (e.g., active rheumatoid arthritis flare-up)

Unstable fractures or dislocations of the elbow

Severe osteoporosis in the elbow region

Active infection of the skin or subcutaneous tissues around the elbow

Presence of tumors or malignancy in the elbow region

Certain neurological conditions where manual therapy could exacerbate symptoms

Vascular compromise in the upper extremity
